How to Cancel Your Order

• Cancellation Window: You can request cancellation at any time before the order is delivered.
• Cancellation Button: If cancellation is applicable, a "Cancel" button will be displayed next to the relevant order.
• Prepaid Orders:
  • Before Shipment: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: If the order status is 'Shipped' or 'In-transit', cancellation will initiate a return request with the logistics partner. Refunds will be processed once the return is initiated.
  • Post-Delivery: Refunds are not applicable if the order has been delivered.

Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns: We do not accept returns.
• Replacement: In rare cases, replacements are offered for the following scenarios if reported within 7 days of delivery:
  • Wrong products delivered
  • Missing items
  • Damaged products
  • Expired products
• Replacement Requests: Please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 91139 07240 to initiate a replacement.
• New Order ID: A new order ID will be generated for the replacement, which will be visible in your order history.

Refund Process

• Refund Notifications: You will receive updates via WhatsApp/SMS when:
  • Your cancellation is successful.
  • A refund reference ID is generated.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds typically reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 days after the reference ID is shared.
• Payment Network Issues: In rare cases, if a refund reference ID is not generated due to payment network issues, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 91139 07240. We will investigate and, if valid, provide a separate link within 24 hours to claim your refund.
• Digital Wallets: Funds uploaded into digital wallets cannot be refunded back to the original payment method.
